Gulf Island Announces Pricing of Underwritten Public Offering of 800,000 Shares of Its Common Stock by Aransas Partners

Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. (NASDAQ: GIFI) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 800,000 shares of its common stock by one of its stockholders, Aransas Partners, at a price of $34.25 to the public, pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-3. Aransas Partners is managed by Technip USA, Inc. The Company will not receive any of the net proceeds from the sale of shares of common stock by the selling stockholder. The offering is expected to close on September 17, 2007, subject to customary closing conditions.
