Richard Heo became Chief Executive Officer in November 2019. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Vice President of North, Central and South America for McDermott International, Inc. (“McDermott”). Prior to his time with McDermott, Mr. Heo served as Executive Vice President of Fabrication Services for Chicago Bridge & Iron N.V. (“CB&I”) and President of CB&I’s Engineered Products business unit. Prior to joining CB&I, he served in various senior leadership positions at KBR, Inc.

Wes Stockton became Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in September 2018. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Chicago Bridge & Iron ("CB&I"), and prior to that served in senior leadership positions within financial operations and mergers and acquisitions for CB&I. Prior to his time with CB&I, Mr. Stockton worked in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen in audit-related roles. Mr. Stockton is a certified public accountant.

Thomas Smouse became Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2020. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Managing Director – Human Capital for EBL Advisors, a management consulting company. Prior to his time with EBL Advisors, Mr. Smouse served as Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Newfield Exploration and served in various human resources leadership positions at Noble Energy, Anadarko Petroleum, BP, Vastar Resources and ARCO.
