12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Credit Agreement Amendment – On February 28, 2020, we amended our Credit Agreement. See Note 5 for further discussion of our amendment. Customer Change Order Settlement – On February 28, 2020, we reached a $10.0 million settlement related to disputed change orders for a completed project and received payment from the customer in February 2020. At December 31, 2019, we had no amounts recorded associated with the change order. |
