On May 10, 2019, Todd F. Ladd tendered his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc. (the “Company”) effective May 13, 2019. Kirk J. Meche, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective May 13, 2019. Information concerning Mr. Meche required by this Item 5.02 of Form 8-K is contained in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 29, 2019 and is incorporated herein by reference.
